A network is only worth as much as the people it lets in.
The Coveted Car exists to connect genuine collectors with the dealers who hold what they're after — and to keep the flippers, the resellers, and the markup games out of that conversation.
An introduction service and a curated marketplace.
On the Allocation Access side, we are a private matchmaking layer between vetted buyers and allocation-holding dealer partners. On the Marketplace side, we run curated, drop-style auctions for already-owned collector cars.
One membership, one login, two deliberately separate mechanics.
We do not sell, broker, or price vehicles.
We hold no allocations. We take no position on any car. On the allocation side, we never quote a price, run an auction, or guarantee a match — the dealer retains full discretion, and every negotiation is private between the two matched parties.
Auction vocabulary — bids, reserves, ADM — lives only in the Collector Marketplace, and never touches an Allocation Access page.
By hand, every time.
- Identity verification against government ID.
- Ownership history or a clear, documented purchase intent.
- Proof of funds where a match is likely to move quickly.
- A signed non-resale covenant before any introduction is made.
No automated scoring engine decides who gets in. A person reads every application.
Franchised, in good standing, marque by marque.
Partner dealers are franchised operations with a verifiable relationship to the marques they represent. We confirm standing, references, and a track record of placing limited cars with owners who keep them.
A no-sale should never follow a car.
In the Collector Marketplace, a listing's full VIN is verified by our team but shielded from public view until the reserve is met or a bidder is deposit-verified. If a car doesn't sell, nothing is ever attached to a public record — so a soft auction result doesn't shadow the next owner.
Does membership guarantee I'll get a car?
No. Approval means you're visible to the right dealers. Demand for these models runs well ahead of supply, and dealers choose who they work with.
Do you take a commission on an allocation match?
The platform's role is the introduction. Any commercial terms are between you and the dealer; we are not a party to the transaction.
Why can't I see prices in Allocation Access?
Because it isn't a marketplace. Pricing an allocation publicly is exactly the dynamic this side of the platform is built to avoid.
Is my information shared with dealers?
Only the profile relevant to a match, and only once a match exists. Dealers never see a public feed of members or bids.
